Identify - R. Foster '90

 
This is an art bowl.  Signed R. Foster and Dated '90.
Haven't been able to find any information about him.
If you have information or know his work.  Please-Comment.
I am interested.  Liked this piece.  Has some scratches, but I do like it and keep it in my bedroom.
